Here goes, the first post

Well hello there, cheers for taking the time to read this. Either you're really bored and have nothing else to do, or you're genuinely interested about the ins and outs of my year abroad :) Either way, I'm glad you're here.


The reasons I've started this blog:
1. My friends were making them and I jumped on the band wagon like the welsh sheep I am
2. My family can use it to make sure I'm still alive out there, and see all of the amazing things I'll be up to
3. I thought it's a great way for people who are thinking of traveling or going on a year abroad to get some idea of how to prepare for it.


So, with all of this in mind, lets start blogging!


PS. I'll try to add as many pictures as possible, so you don't get bored of reading, and reading, and reading, and reading and you get the idea.
